RN Supervisor - NOC Shift

Resolve West Allis is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a RN Nurse Supervisor at our West Allis location. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while guiding and supporting clinical staff during NOC shift operations.

• Full-Time (10PM - 6AM)

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during NOC shifts
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care
• Serve as the point of contact for clinical decision-making and escalation
• Coordinate staffing assignments and support workflow efficiency
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and documentation as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
