Schedule Details/Additional Information:This position is an internal Float MA/LPN role to help support providers within the clinic with daily responsibilities and patient care needs.
This position will be based at the Six Points Clinic each day, so there is no travel required. Because the role is stationed at one clinic location, it will not include a float premium.
The schedule for this position is flexible, with the option of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts:
- Four 10-hour shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Five 8-hour shifts: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
The ideal candidate will be flexible, positive, resilient, and able to adapt to daily clinic needs while supporting providers and the care team.
Pay Range:$21.85 - $36.15

Licensure or Certifications
- MA:
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within
45 day sunless department leader has determined it is not required. - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state in which the team member practices

- GED or HS Equivalency Diploma.
- MA:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Medical Assistant, or 2 years of verifiable full-time experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 5 years. - LPN:
Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing
