Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Part-Time / Per Diem

Senior Helpers is hiring a Part-Time / Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee client care, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support our caregiver team in the Milwaukee and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with home care and supervisory experience who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities.

• $45.00 per hour
• $0.45 per mile mileage reimbursement
• Part-Time / Per Diem schedule
• Flexible work based on client and business needs

• Current and valid Wisconsin RN license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 1 year of Home Care experience
• At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Must be able to travel throughout Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek, and Southern Milwaukee

• Perform client assessments and ongoing nursing assessments
• Develop and update individualized client care plans
• Coordinate client care with physicians, healthcare providers, families, and other members of the care team
• Train, coordinate, and supervise caregiver staff
• Monitor client needs and ensure quality of care
• Review caregiver progress notes and client documentation
• Maintain accurate client and employee records
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Conduct client and family visits as needed
• Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers
• Work closely with the owner and care team to assess overall client and business needs

The RN Supervisor position combines hands-on clinical nursing and administrative responsibilities
. The successful candidate will be comfortable performing physical assessments, visiting clients and families, creating care plans, training caregivers, reviewing documentation, and helping maintain compliance with home care regulations.
