Job Title: Sales and Showroom Coordinator

Job Location: West Allis, WI (outside Milwaukee)

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $19 - $22 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Off:
  Wednesday and Sunday

As our Sales & Showroom Coordinator, you’ll help homeowners discover how a beautifully refreshed bathroom can transform their space. You’ll connect with potential customers through appointment setting, welcome and guide them through our showroom experience, and follow up to build strong, lasting relationships.

• Make outbound calls to homeowners ready to revamp their space
• Engage inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule in-home design consultations that feel like a VIP experience
• Keep accurate customer records so every homeowner feels heard
• Follow up with leads, nurture interest, and maximize conversions
• Share info about services, promos, and how the company makes remodeling easy
• Welcome customers in the showroom like old friends

The ideal candidate for the Sales and Showroom Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales required
• Basic knowledge of remodeling or home improvement is a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills, especially a confident and professional phone presence
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude
