Wisconsin Property Inspections is a locally owned, veteran‑owned company looking to add another outstanding Home Inspector to our team.

• Wisconsin Licensed Home Inspector preferred (so you can begin inspecting right away).
• If not licensed yet, completed A.H.I.T. or other approved training and working toward licensure.
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and positive professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule.
• Spanish‑speaking applicants a plus, but not required.
• Veterans strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a commission‑based position with excellent earning potential. Candidates who already hold a Wisconsin Home Inspector License will start at a higher commission rate based on experience and ability to begin inspecting immediately.
