The Solutions Architect provides consulting, analysis, and design recommendations for Elevity’s potential clients. Individuals in this role serve as a subject matter expert on Elevity’s offerings and recommend the strategy, security, solutions and support that best meet the needs of potential clients. This includes participation in sales calls, conducting network discoveries, develop and present findings and recommendations, designing solutions, and presenting those solutions with the team of Business Development Managers.

Requirements
  • Assist the Elevity managed sales team in winning new business that aligns with Elevity’s target customer profile.
  • Build strong relationships in order to serve as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Lead discussions with C‑Suite executives/business owners about the prospect’s organizational goals.
  • Analyze prospect’s current state and leverage technical skills to determine both operational deficiencies and corresponding opportunities aligned with Elevity offerings.
  • Design and present technical solutions aligned to customer needs; advising prospects on applicable value and tradeoffs with solution options.
  • Develop the final technical solution to ensure long term client success.
  • Deliver effective recommendation presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work in tandem with the sales team to answer final questions and close opportunities.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for clients from pre‑sale design into the implementation process; partnering with vendors and internal groups as needed.
  • Maintain technical certifications related to product offerings as required.
  • Responsible for revenue and profit targets driven by sales activity and account retention.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Elevity.
  • Educate Business Development Manager team to drive sales activity; assist in solution development tactics.
  • Serve as a product line expert.
  • Contribute and participate in new product/solution discussions to ensure Elevity’s solution/service suite provides the organization the best opportunity for success.
  • Miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
  • MCSA, VCP, CISSP, CCNA, Network or Security+, or other advanced certifications (Preferred)
