Responsibilities
- Proactively makes outbound calls with assigned existing account base
- Works closely with decision makers to expand volume business
- Collaborates with customer service representatives on order entry and tracking
- Effectively partners with branch and division teams to meet customer needs
- Updates CRM to stay current on account follow-ups
- Present Ecommerce capabilities to all assigned accounts
- Train customers on Ecommerce tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination
- Strong sales experience in making proactive outbound calls
- Reliable, organized, detail‑oriented
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Proficient in core sales tools such as CRM, Linked In, and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to multi‑task and efficiently manage time
- Proactive with a sense of urgency for reaching sales goals
- Positive attitude and ability to deal with rejection
- Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships
