Theater Outsource is recruiting for a respected entertainment technology systems integrator seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support continued growth throughout Wisconsin and the surrounding region.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands theatrical lighting, rigging, curtains, staging, or AV systems and enjoys working directly with architects, consultants, contractors, schools, theaters, and end users. You'll manage projects from the first customer conversation through proposal development before partnering with the project team to bring each installation to life.

What You'll Do- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers throughout your territory.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and identify the best technical solutions.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and material estimates.
- Work closely with project management and operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendor partners to deliver the best solutions for every project.
- Represent the company at customer events, demonstrations, industry conferences, and trade shows.
- Experience selling or estimating entertainment technology, theatrical equipment, architectural lighting, AV systems, rigging, or related construction products.
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- Experience preparing estimates, quotations, or project proposals.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating or ERP software.
