In this role, you'll be at the center of our customer experience—working closely with customers, sales teams, suppliers, and operations to ensure seamless order management and exceptional service. Whether you're preparing quotes, coordinating orders, or helping customers find the right solutions, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business and delivering value every day.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding quickly and professionally to inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers by delivering a high level of support and responsiveness.
• Provide product information, pricing, availability, and order updates to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Review customer requests and identify parts based on original equipment specifications.
• Research current part costs, verify availability, and develop competitive pricing using established guidelines.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposals for customers and sales teams.
• Maintain detailed records of costs, pricing, and customer communications.

• Review incoming orders for accuracy and alignment with quoted specifications.
• Coordinate with Order Management and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Assist with order entry and provide backup support as needed.
• Manage and maintain customer records, contracts, and related documentation.

• Provide pre- and post-sales support for Flygt AC products and services.
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotations and support parts and service proposals.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, operations, and supply chain teams to help drive customer success.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support evolving business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, inside sales, order management, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical aptitude, including the ability to understand:
• Bills of materials (BOMs)
• Technical drawings
• Mechanical components
• Parts pricing and specifications
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
