** What You'll Do
*** Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, including needs assessment, vehicle presentations, test drives, pricing discussions, and final delivery.
* Build a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, scheduling appointments, and following up with sold and unsold customers through the dealership CRM.
* Maintain current knowledge of vehicle features, inventory, manufacturer incentives, pricing, and available promotions.
* Deliver a professional, low-pressure customer experience while accurately documenting customer information and sales activity.
* Support long-term customer relationships by completing the Sales-to-Service introduction and providing follow-up after each purchase.
* Participate in daily sales meetings, product training, role-play, and ongoing skill development to improve sales performance.
* Mentor assigned Sales Representatives on the dealership sales process, CRM activity, product knowledge, customer follow-up, and performance expectations.
