You will work with sales leaders and Independent Agents, building skills in sales management, risk management, and agency operations. Upon completion, you’ll manage a territory of about 25 Independent Agencies.
Relocation is required. You’ll be assigned to a territory, travel frequently, and receive a company vehicle and necessary tools to perform your role.
