You'll work alongside experienced Sales, Service, and Parts professionals while gaining access to training, resources, and career opportunities through Lithia & Driveway. It's a high-volume environment with the customer traffic, team support, and tools to help you succeed and grow.

What You'll DoConnect with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

Guide customers through available vehicles, features, pricing, and purchase options

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Follow up with leads and maintain consistent customer communication

Build relationships that support repeat and referral business

Work with Sales Managers and Finance partners to support a smooth purchase experience

Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in dealership systems

Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience

What You'll Bring Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience

Confidence working with customers

Follow-up and attention to customer needs

Team-focused approach and willingness to collaborate

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
