Advocate Health Care - Up to $32.80/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide security services with professionalism, fairness, and compassion in accordance with policies, procedures, and training;
Perform interior and exterior patrols, inspections, and contraband searches to ensure safety and security;
Respond to emergencies and crisis situations and de-escalate when possible;
Investigate incidents, complete timely reports, and liaise with state/local law enforcement as needed;
Deliver security awareness education to team members and maintain training standards
