Accommodate a heavy volume of calls from customers and field service technicians.;
Efficiently dispatch all HVAC service requests to the service technicians per IKM response standards.;
Schedule all planned and unplanned maintenance calls with customers and technicians.;
Maintain knowledge of service technician whereabouts in order to provide accurate estimate of technician arrival to the customer.;
Check in service paperwork and close completed service tickets daily.
