Utilities Electrician – 2nd Shift $5,000 Sign on Bonus – $38.52/hour + 6% Shift Premium

• Electrical troubleshoot and repair complex domestic and foreign machines and related equipment.
• Repair PLC and relay logic-controlled machines.
• Examples of equipment: P&H cranes and hoists, conveyors, furnaces, large part washers, ABB robots, and other equipment in a large industrial assembly environment.
• Repair machine controllers: PLC equipment with Siemens, Allen Bradley, and other controllers.
• Repair AC/DC analog and digital drives (Siemens, Allen Bradley, and others).
• Substation testing, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
• Basic mechanical skills and operability of basic tools.
• Team-oriented individual with positive attitude, good work ethic, personal initiative, self-motivation.
• Willing to work overtime opportunities to support production demands.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical repair of machines and related equipment.
• Experience with boilers, P&H cranes and hoists, conveyors, furnaces, washers, ABB robots, substations.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing PLC-controlled conveyors and machines.
• Experience with AC/DC analog and digital drives.
• Experience with low, medium, and high voltage switch gear.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical prints/schematics.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate basic tools.
• Self-starter and self-motivated, works well individually in a team environment.

• Certified electrician.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, medium to heavy-duty assembly, and technical environment.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing, and standing on concrete for 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and withstand frequent repetitive movement of hands with a variety of tooling.
• Must be able to work in heights and confined spaces.
• Candidate must pass a color blindness test.

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM)

Hourly pay range of $38.52 - $49.03 plus 6% shift premium.

Higher rates offered based on experience.

Additional financial incentives for overtime and attendance.

40‑hour work weeks with potential for overtime.

13 days / 104 hours of paid Personal Time Off (PTO) – prorated based upon start date.

11 paid holidays.
