Travel to customer facilities to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain welding systems;
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on welding equipment;
Conduct NIST-traceable calibrations on welding equipment;
Perform welding gun repairs, including replacing tips, nozzles, liners, and trigger switch wiring;
Document service activities and provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams
