Veteran Bridge Solutions is recruiting in partnership with Wulf Brothers Inc. of Sturgeon Bay for a senior HVAC service technician. This is a lead-level role: complex diagnostics and repair across residential, commercial, and light industrial systems, including rooftop units, boilers, VRF/VRV, and controls, plus mentoring Level 1 and 2 techs.
What Wulf Brothers is looking for:
- 5 to 7+ years of progressive HVAC service experience
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (required)
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and control systems knowledge
- Valid driver's license, clean record
- Comfortable working independently, explaining findings to customers, and guiding junior techs
- NATE certification and a state license or journeyman card are pluses, not requirements
The realities: on-call rotation, overtime, emergency service, attics, rooftops, crawl spaces, Wisconsin weather. If you've done this trade at a high level, none of that is news.
