Electrician/ Electrician Installation, Construction Manager/ Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Electrical Foreman to lead electrical projects and crews in the field. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day jobsite operations, coordinating employees and materials, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
The ideal candidate is an experienced electrician with strong leadership and communication skills who is comfortable taking ownership of a project from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on assigned projects
- Plan and coordinate daily electrical work and crew assignments
- Review blueprints, specifications, electrical drawings, and project requirements
- Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and manpower needed for each phase of the project
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems as needed
- Monitor project progress and keep work on schedule
- Communicate with project managers, general contractors, customers, inspectors, and other trades
- Ensure electrical installations meet applicable codes, plans, specifications, and company standards
- Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety procedures
- Identify jobsite problems and develop practical solutions
- Track labor hours, materials, project changes, and job progress
- Maintain an organized, professional, and safe jobsite
- Train, mentor, and provide direction to electricians and apprentices
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Assist with planning upcoming work to prevent delays and downtime
- Take responsibility for the overall productivity and performance of the electrical crew
- Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar leadership position
- Strong electrical installation and troubleshooting experience
- Appropriate Wisconsin electrical credential/license for work being performed
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safe work practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a crew
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan ahead and keep projects moving efficiently
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of electrical construction, including lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and working in various jobsite conditions
