Human Services Professional - Specialized

We are seeking a Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities.

• Delivering individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services
• Supporting clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills
• Collaborating with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
• Applying evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes
• Completing accurate documentation and maintaining client records
• Participating in recovery teams, supervision, and professional development
• Providing flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field such as Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or Special Education
• Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges is preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the community

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
• Excellent organization and documentation skills
