$600 sign-on bonus. Tips paid out every shift. Mileage reimbursement on every delivery.

Base pay $11.50-$13.50/hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Our drivers averaged $22.11/hour including tips over the past six months.

Paid $100/month for six months while you're actively working and in good standing. No hoops.

You'll deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area - short routes, familiar territory, no long hauls. Between deliveries, you'll work in-shop and get paid for that time too.

• Learn your routes and get orders out fast and safely
• Double-check every order before it leaves
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately
• Reconcile your cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift end
• Pitch in on in-shop tasks between runs

• $11.50-$13.50/hour base
• Tips - yours, every shift
• Driver Maintenance Reimbursement: $0.37-$0.47 per mile to offset wear on your vehicle

Part-time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.

What you need

• 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicle
• Driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets)
• Must pass an MVR check

This role involves standing and moving throughout the shift, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

This franchisee is an affiliate of several entities that independently own and operate Jimmy John's locations. Based in Illinois, we operate 100+ stores across Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin, and we're still growing.
