Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Full-Time Onsite – West Babylon, NY
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our Accounting Department is seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to perform a range of accounting functions.

• Calculate monthly sales tax and schedules
• Perform various journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations monthly
• Perform weekly bank reconciliation
• Perform monthly Accounts Receivable adjustments
• Reconcile and record related journal entries for company credit card purchases
• Perform Accounts Payable review and approval daily
• Assist with audit preparation
• Inventory management
• Lease management
• Fixed asset management
• Backup for various accounting functions

• Accounting Degree Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Previous related work experience or education
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Intacct, QBO, Davisware, Service Titan software a plus
• $100k-$125k competitive salary based on experience.
