Senior Accountant Full-Time Onsite – West Babylon, NY Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Our Accounting Department is seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to perform a range of accounting functions. What You’ll Do Calculate monthly sales tax and schedules Perform various journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations monthly Perform weekly bank reconciliation Perform monthly Accounts Receivable adjustments Reconcile and record related journal entries for company credit card purchases Perform Accounts Payable review and approval daily Assist with audit preparation Inventory management Lease management Fixed asset management Backup for various accounting functions What You Bring Accounting Degree Required Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Previous related work experience or education Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills Familiarity with Intacct, QBO, Davisware, Service Titan software a plus Compensation & Benefits $100k-$125k competitive salary based on experience.
