Business Analyst

Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic construction company in West Babylon, New York. In this role, you will utilize your analytical expertise to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that align with business goals. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

- Conduct gap analysis to assess discrepancies between current and desired states.

- Review and evaluate documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

- Provide customer service support through call center operations when needed.

- Interpret data and create detailed reports to aid in decision-making processes.

- Work closely with construction teams to align business objectives with operational needs.

- Develop cost-effective solutions that enhance performance and reduce waste.

- Facilitate meetings and workshops to communicate findings and project updates effectively.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Experience in gap analysis and process improvement.

- Familiarity with construction industry practices and operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
