Cardio Supervisor Catholic Health Physician Practices Position Summary

Supports the Office Manager in the overall administration and coordination of one or more practice locations, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality patient service.

• Assist with daily operations, inventory, staff support, and oversee provider schedules.
• Serve as backup to the Office Manager and support departmental decisions and initiatives.
• Ensure adequate staffing and assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding.
• Oversee front‑office functions, including call management, scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and data entry (EPIC).
• Collect and manage patient demographic, financial, and insurance information.
• Maintain records, files, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate updates, policy changes, and operational information to staff and providers.
• Participate in staff meetings and support special initiatives and performance improvement efforts.
• Provide culturally competent service and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
• Perform appointment reconciliation.

• 3‑5 years of medical office experience.
• 1‑2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing operations across multiple locations preferred but not required.
• EPIC EHR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.

Salary Range: USD $29.38 – $36.73 /hr.
