On-Call Rotation
HVAC Lead Install Technician is responsible for providing high-quality heating, ventilation, air-conditioning installation services to commercial construction customers. This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while representing the company on-site.
What You’ll Do
- Installation of refrigerant piping, ductwork, condensate drainage systems, controls, and related HVAC components.
- Brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, charging refrigerant systems, and commissioning equipment to manufacturer specifications.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment, including split systems, VRF/VRV systems, water-source heat pumps, PTAC units, rooftop units, fan coil units, and ventilation systems
- Ability to troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearly
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently in the field
What You Bring
- Minimum of five (5) years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
Strong working knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems
Experience with AAON, Mitsubishi, Daikin, and LG systems preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid, clean driver’s license required - EPA Certification preferred
- $90k - $100k based on experience – Local Union 638B
