Lube Technician

Lynch West Bend is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Lube Technician to join our team and provide essential maintenance services for our customers' vehicles. As a Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in performing routine oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance tasks that contribute to the safety, reliability, and longevity of our customers' vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an automotive lube technician is preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with standard automotive tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • A commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
  • Utilize standard automotive tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or potential issues and report findings to senior technicians or supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of services performed, including parts used, fluid levels, and other relevant information.
  • Assist senior technicians as needed, learning from their expertise and guidance to enhance your technical skills.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
