None Job Shift: Day Russ Darrow West Bend CJDR is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic!

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, adhering to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, steering, and suspension.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
• Conduct test drives and inspections to confirm proper repairs have been completed by the automotive technician team.
• Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs, collaborating with service advisors and parts advisors.
• Clearly explain mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs to the service advisor.
• Stay updated on new automotive technologies and best practices through formal training sessions and certifications.
• Inspect and test new vehicles, documenting findings to ensure all repairs align with mechanic and technician standards.

** Pay based on experience, willing to pay up to $45 per hour for well qualified candidates with experience and certifications.**
