Site Superintendent

• Do things the right way, no short cuts, and will only accept the highest quality of work.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Excel at working independently with little supervision.
• Want to start or continue their career with a well‑established company.
• Enjoy hands‑on work and be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

• Reading and comprehending blueprints.
• Overseeing and coordinating jobsite activities according to project schedule and blueprints.
• Enforcing project safety & security and following OSHA standards.
• Coordinating materials and equipment deliveries with vendors and suppliers.
• Assisting the Project Manager.
• Managing and scheduling subcontractors.
• Maintaining American Companies jobsite documentation.
• Understanding and adhering to project scope to avoid scope creep.
• Inspecting installed products for damage or insufficiencies.
