Delta Defense seeks a Specialist, Video Production to create compelling video content that advances USCCA's mission of educating and protecting responsible gun owners. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, training, and digital teams to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for web, social media, and educational platforms. You'll manage studio and on-location productions, ensuring professional lighting, audio, and composition, and deliver polished edits with strong storytelling and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to plan video concepts that support USCCA content and campaigns
• Film studio and on-location video, ensuring strong composition, lighting, and audio quality
• Edit, color-correct, and mix audio to deliver polished videos for web, social, and training platforms
• Create basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and titles aligned with brand standards
• Manage media assets, file organization, and version control across projects
• Ensure all content aligns with brand, legal, and safety guidelines related to firearms and self-defense
• Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling, engagement, and performance metrics
• Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
