Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is looking to hire a Service Coordinator to join our growing service team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Position OverviewAs a Service Coordinator
, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and scheduling service appointments
- Coordinating courtesy shuttle rides, drivers, and pick-up/delivery service
- Managing and submitting fleet business repair orders
- Making occasional outbound calls to schedule recall work and generate new business
This is an entry-level position-no dealership experience is required. We're willing to train the right candidate
!
To be successful in this role, you should be:
- Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer software (Windows Office); able to learn new programs/portals quickly
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Drug test required
