Member Engagement Sales & Service Advisor

Delta Defense seeks a Member Engagement Sales & Service Advisor to support USCCA members in our high-energy Customer Service & Support team. In this hybrid role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat to educate prospects and members on USCCA memberships, self-defense training, and insurance benefits. You'll provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and use consultative selling to drive membership growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound member and prospect calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Educate customers on USCCA memberships, training programs, and self-defense insurance benefits.
• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly.
• Use consultative selling skills to recommend membership options and drive sales and retention.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and quality standards.
• Accurately document interactions in CRM and follow all compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve processes and member experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, systems, and industry guidelines.
