West Bend, WI
Mon – Thur, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (flexible, full‑time or part‑time available)
- Deliver high‑quality preventive and periodontal care
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and long‑term wellness
- Partner with dentists to support comprehensive care planning
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to best practices
- Collaborate with the entire team to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment plans
- Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one
- Passion for patient care and education
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A team‑first mindset with a desire to grow
- Current CPR certification (new grads welcome)
- Eligibility to become licensed (if not yet licensed)
$47‑$50 per hour plus uncapped hygiene bonus incentive.
