West Bend, WI
Mon – Thur, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (flexible, full‑time or part‑time available)

• Deliver high‑quality preventive and periodontal care
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and long‑term wellness
• Partner with dentists to support comprehensive care planning
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to best practices
• Collaborate with the entire team to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment plans
• Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one
• Passion for patient care and education
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• A team‑first mindset with a desire to grow
• Current CPR certification (new grads welcome)
• Eligibility to become licensed (if not yet licensed)

$47‑$50 per hour plus uncapped hygiene bonus incentive.
