Holy Angels School Classroom Aide (4K) Holy Angels School – West Bend, Wisconsin Position Title Classroom Aide Reports To 4K Classroom Teacher and School Principal Position Type Part-Time - Monday-Friday 7:15am - 11:45pm (when school is in session) Position Summary Holy Angels School is seeking a caring, energetic, and faith-filled Classroom Aide to support our 4K program. The Classroom Aide works closely with the classroom teacher to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment where young children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with preschool-aged children, demonstrates patience and flexibility, and supports the Catholic mission and values of Holy Angels School. Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the 4K teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
• Support students during instructional time, learning centers, small-group activities, and play-based learning experiences.
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, recess, lunch, and other transitions as assigned.
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and light clerical tasks.
• Encourage positive behavior and model respectful, Christian values.
• Provide individual support to students as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Assist with student hygiene, health, safety, and behavioral needs when appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding students and families.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities as required.

• Ability to pass all required background checks and diocesan safe environment requirements.
• Practicing Catholic or willingness to support and uphold the mission of Catholic education.

• Ability to actively supervise and engage with young children throughout the school day.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move classroom materials up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move frequently throughout the day.
