DesiredQualifications:

- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Dedication to building collaborative relationships with students, families, and school staff
- Plan, deliver, and assess differentiated instruction for students with varied disabilities in a 7th-grade classroom
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom culture
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to modify curriculum and adapt instructional methods
- Track student progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with families
- Participate actively in student support teams and contribute to ongoing professional development
