Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineering
- Plan and schedule project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Document project status reports and provide timely information to all stakeholders.
- Develop engineering solutions to technical problems.
- Implement projects to improve safety, efficiency, and reduce cost.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues.
- Partner with plant maintenance leaders to drive process improvement throughout the company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 years process engineering or technical manufacturing experience in the plastics industry.
- 4 years Project Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing facility using Injection Molding.
- Green or Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience using CAD design software, Solid Works and AutoCAD.
