Financial Reporting, Close, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Own the monthly close for manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely results (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and flux analysis).
  • Prepare and/or oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements and related schedules in accordance with GAAP and corporate policies.

  • Lead COGS reporting and in-depth margin analysis by product/customer/channel, including root‑cause variance analysis (purchase price, usage, labor efficiency, overhead/spending, mix, absorption).
  • Partner with Operations to strengthen inventory controls and transactional discipline (cycle counts, physical inventory, inventory adjustments, segregation of duties, receiving/issuing accuracy).
  • Partner with Sales/Commercial on pricing and quoting support to ensure pricing reflects margin targets, cost changes, and profitability goals.

  • Maintain accounting for fixed assets and capital projects: capitalization policy compliance, project tracking, depreciation, disposals, and post‑investment reviews.
  • Drive working capital visibility and improvement (inventory turns, excess & obsolete, payables/receivables impact in partnership with Finance/Regal Services).
