Pride Health is seeking a Medical Technologist to join the team at in West Bend, WI 53095
. This is a 13-week travel opportunity. This role supports accurate diagnostic testing, quality control, and specimen processing while maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
The Medical Technologist performs a full range of laboratory procedures using established protocols that require independent judgment and responsibility with minimal supervision. This role supports accurate diagnostic testing, quality control, and specimen processing while maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform clinical laboratory testing following approved laboratory procedures
- Exercise independent judgment in routine and complex testing scenarios
- Conduct quality control procedures and document results accurately
- Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting as required
- Collect, process, and handle specimens according to policy
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by laboratory leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related science
- ASCP certification (or equivalent) – required prior to hire
- Ability to work independently with minimal technical supervision
- Two (2) years of clinical laboratory experience
- Experience working in a hospital-based laboratory environment
- Pay Rate: $45 - $53/hour
* Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
