Our Community Mental Health Program provides accessible mental health services for individuals, couples, families, and groups, especially those with limited financial resources. We offer services on a sliding fee scale and, in some cases, at no cost, ensuring that all members of the community have access to quality mental health care. WhatWill I Do as a Mental Health Therapist?
In this role, you will:
- Provide in‑office and telehealth counseling services for individuals across the lifespan (including children, teens, and older adults), couples, families, and groups with diverse diagnoses and demographics.
- Maintain comprehensive case records, including initial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Facilitate educational and supportive group counseling sessions, including critical incident response services as needed.
- Collaborate with supervisors, including regular individual and group consultation.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related counseling field (students in their final semester are welcome to apply!). Post‑graduate clinical practice (LPC, LCSW) or 3,000‑hour certification is a plus but
