Facility: St. Joseph’s Community Hospital
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend: Weekend rotation, up to every other weekend
Assignment: 08/31/2026 – 11/27/2026
- Clinical competence and experience caring for the target patient population
- Strong patient care management skills
- Knowledge of nursing theory and professional nursing practice
- Ability to assess, monitor, and manage patients in a women’s health/obstetric setting
- Experience with Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) preferred/required based on certification timeline
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current Wisconsin RN License or multi-state RN license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- AHA BLS or approved equivalent
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) — required within 1 year of hire
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) Certification through NCC — required within 18 months of hire
