American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term outpatient assignment requiring an active license and setting-specific experience.
Requirements- Active license required (license required if applicable)
- Can start with compact license but must obtain full state license while on assignment
- Experience in the relevant treatment setting required
- 1 professional reference required
- SSN required for consideration
- Outpatient physical therapy setting
- Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week
- Uses InSync EMR system
- Candidates previously employed perm/PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible to return until one year of separation has passed
- Candidates with prior traveler or older perm/PRN history at this facility should have their name and DOB submitted for eligibility review
- Parking and dress code details will be provided during first day orientation
