Join a dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities include:- Providing support and care to help individuals meet personal goals and live independently
- Creating a safe, respectful environment that upholds individuals’ rights
- Assisting with meal preparation, housecleaning, and daily living activities
- Transporting individuals to appointments and advocating on their behalf
Administering medications accurately and supervising daily activities - Supporting personal care, life skills, and social engagement
- Remaining available for 24/7 care when necessary
- High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Willing to learn and adapt, with physical and emotional resilience
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or social services, strong communication skills, ability to handle challenging behaviors
