The Froedtert West Bend Hospital behavioral health liaison (BHL) psychotherapist provides psychiatric assessment/evaluation for patients in medical settings and hospital programs. They develop and implement treatment plans, use psychosocial methods, and coordinate care across settings.
Travel between CHD sites may be required to support operations. Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and Wisconsin licensure (LCSW or LPC).
