Onsite Inventory Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the service industry, is seeking an Onsite Inventory Specialist to join their team. As an Onsite Inventory Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting onsite service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

West Bend, WI

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Manage MSC Control Point Solutions, including VMI, vending, and storeroom programs.
• Perform ordering, product put-away, and inventory optimization.
• Promote customer loyalty through solution support and execution of the CARE program (Clean, Arrange, Relationships, Exceed Expectations).
• Maintain 6S standards across all solution equipment and areas.
• Log daily activities in Salesforce (SFDC) and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.

What's Needed?

• Self-starter with the ability to use computer systems and applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Well-spoken with excellent communication skills.
• Background check as part of credential requirements.
• Ability to follow planned schedules using routing software and document activities accurately.
