Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
The Maintenance Technician I supports daily plant operations by helping maintain production equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure in reliable working conditions. This role assists in identifying and correcting equipment issues early to prevent downtime and product damage, while accurately documenting work through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
What You’ll Do- Assist in keeping Production, HVAC, facility equipment and infrastructure in good working order.
- Detect and assist in correcting errors before the machine, or the products it produces, are damaged.
- Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to communicate and document work performed on equipment.
- Be able to effectively operate equipment as required.
- Work a flexible schedule, including overtime, as needed based on production demands.
- Adhere to and communicate to others the Health, Safety and Quality policies, including use of PPE.
- A High School or Vo-Tech School graduate or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic computer use – able to quickly learn and efficiently use new systems.
- Reliable with good attendance record.
- Safely operate and use standard shop equipment.
- Knowledge of and/or previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification:
Technical certification in maintenance or working towards mechanic, electrical, or other equipment related discipline. - Employment Type:

Sun-Thurs, 11:45pm to 8:15am
