Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist, located in West Bend, WI. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, machining components to precise specifications, performing milling tasks, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring that machinery is properly calibrated and maintained. The role also involves troubleshooting and problem‑solving to meet production goals while maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy.
Qualifications- Solid experience in Machine Operation and hands‑on skills with CNC machinery
- Proficiency in Machining and Milling processes
- Strong understanding of Quality Control and ensuring adherence to standards
- Ability to handle and maintain Machinery effectively and efficiently
- Additional knowledge in interpreting technical blueprints and specifications
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
