Sewing Machine Operator

Two Openings:
1st Shift Monday-Friday 7 am - 3 pm
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3 pm-11 pm - $1 Shift Premium

Are you skilled with a sewing machine and take pride in creating high-quality products? At Serigraph, we’re looking for detail-driven, hands‑on team members to help turn creative designs into real-world products. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing a finished product come together, this is the role for you.

• Operate industrial sewing machines (single stitch, double stitch, automated & manual)
• Apply finishing elements like zippers, Velcro, keder, hems, and pockets
• Perform fit checks on frames and hardware when required
• Inspect products for correct dimensions, artwork, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to keep production running smoothly
• Read and follow work orders and specifications
• Use measuring tools (tape measure, yardstick) to ensure accuracy
• Record production data using internal systems (ERP or similar)

• Has experience with industrial sewing equipment (manual or automated)
• Takes pride in precision and attention to detail
• Can read job orders and follow instructions confidently; is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production environment
• Communicates well and works effectively in a team
• Stays organized and manages time efficiently

• Basic measurement skills (tape measure, rulers, etc.)
• Ability to identify and correct quality issues
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
