Prepare batches of paint, sealants, and coatings by following ingredient lists and ensuring correct ingredients and quantities;
Set up, start up, and operate production machinery safely and efficiently to mix and complete each batch;
Fill completed batches into the correct size containers and label for shipping;
Read and follow work orders, basic blueprints, and production documentation to complete tasks correctly and on time;
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
