Job Function:
Material Handler.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, housekeeping guidelines, and safety requirements.
• Wear designated personal protective equipment and comply with OSHA safety standards.
• Understand and meet customer requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to perform essential and non‑essential tasks of the role.
• Maintain product control points (PCPs), critical control points, and safety procedures.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds routinely; perform frequent mounting/dismounting of forklift.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (must be or become certified).
• Use warehouse computer systems and gain proficiency in them.
• Manage multiple priorities, perform duties assigned, and maintain excellent housekeeping and organization.
• Attend work consistently (attendance is an essential function).
• Cross‑functional operator: responsible for roles beyond line‑specific tasks.

• Stand, walk, sit, and use a forklift.
• Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds.
• Repeat case stacking to build loads.

Base hourly rate: $21.77 per hour ($20.88 plus $1.50 certification pay). Additional pay: $0.50 per hour for second‑shift hours, $1.00 per hour for third‑shift hours.

• 1st Shift: 6:00a.m.–2:00p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 2:00p.m.–10:00p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 10:00p.m.–6:00a.m.
• Overtime is expected; paid at time and a half for 8+ hours in a day, doubled on Sundays. Guaranteed 40‑hour week.
