Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) – Temp-to-Hire

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality solvent-based coatings, is seeking a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) – Temp-to-Hire to join their team. As a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) – Temp-to-Hire, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and packaging of paint products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) – Temp-to-Hire

Pay Range: $20/hr.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Current schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Occasional Saturdays depending on production needs.

What’s the Job?
  • Perform batching and blending of paint products according to established formulas.
  • Assist with filling and packaging products into various containers such as quarts, pails, and drums.
  • Handle raw materials and finished goods, including chemical handling.
  • Operate and assist with equipment used for production and packaging.
  • Move and stage materials, including lifting 40–50 lbs regularly, using drum handling equipment such as lifters and tilters.
What’s Needed?
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and in an industrial environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
