Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Paint Line Production Helpers to join their team. As a Paint Line Production Helper, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the painting and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Paint Line Production Helpers
Location: West Bend, WI
Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour
Shift: First Shift Mon-Friday 5am-1:30pm
What's the Job?
- Load and unload parts from the paint line to ensure smooth production flow
- Assist with assembly tasks, including deck assembly and racking finished parts
- Inspect coated parts for quality and thickness using approved gauges
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and report any quality concerns to supervisors
What's Needed?
- Prior paint or coating experience is preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong basic math skills and good finger and hand dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation
